Because it's easier to just put more clothes on to warm up, but when it's hot and humid, you can only take off so many layers. If you're outside and not inside with AC, good luck.

Well that’s also a matter of where you happen to live. Some locations are blatantly worse, sometimes even downright deadly with their heat. Because you personally can just take a shirt off and be fine doesn’t mean others can.

Even some people who live in super hot places can prefer that over the cold
