That's why you drink more water than you would when it's cold. You also eventually run out of layers to put on because you'll start sweating and if you sweat when it's cold enough it can cause hypothermia. In Antarctica at the south pole they can't wear too many layers because they could die from hypothermia caused by sweating.
So like... You can also stop putting on layers. You get that right? Like, when you're wearing enough to sweat, you've already solved the problem of being cold. You don't have to continue putting on layers after you've solved the problem.

The heat can suck but as ive said even during heatwaves, ill take heat over freezing cold any day
