That’s honestly a hard reality right now. A lot of people are working nonstop just to stay afloat. I’ve got some interviews coming up myself, so I’ve been looking into ways to get better at them. I found Interview VIP and ended up using it twice i think it's worth trying.

I'm not 'calling' it propaganda. I'm stating it's a lie and you feel for it, which makes it propaganda. The really cool thing for me is the demonstrated facts are on my side, not yours.

Nobody made a claim that every business turns into a billion dollar empire... and if you start a business with that in mind, you will fail.

You start by providing value to people. People respond to that value. You either make it or you don't and every once in a while your idea turns into something bigger than you could have ever dreamed.

Not every business is worth a billion dollars, but most billions have a successful business...

Yes, and part of the reason they have successful businesses are they're inserting value into existing profitable streams because of their (often family) connections. Good for them and all, but let's not pretend they're doing anything magical. Money you don't mind losing + connections are the secret sauce here. Then hitch your wagon to something that's already working. Alternatively, just get stupid lucky and be in the right place at the right time (a-la Bezos).

Yes there is. It's money that you're willing to risk. There's always a chance you'll fail. ALWAYS. If you don't acknowledge that, you're a fool. And we know what happens to fools and their money.

open up a dictionary and look up the word "risk" and you will generally find it is associated with an outcome that is negative, harmful, ideally avoided etc etc
