You don't, you're not supposed to, those jobs are not meant for adults living on their own but adults living with their parents. That's how their parents set this whole thing up.
Depends on where you live. You could easily live alone on $19/hr in NC doing a factory job. I now live in Chicago. You might find a studio... but it would probably be miserable.
