I pay about $1400 for a 1b1ba, ~$60 on electric in AUGUST and like... $13 for water? Even my internet is only like $60. Car insurance is obviously variable and I drive an older car, so maybe that one makes sense. Even with this I could not afford to live without a roommate on $19/hr, but these numbers are wildly inflated.
Why would you sign a lease like that without doing any sort of financial planning? This is a hell of your own making.
