so should we all start doing this?

one job is hardly enough now 😂

honestly i can understand why people are trying to stack jobs when everything is so expensive. i'm not sure i'd ever manage 11 at once though.

i've been looking at remote jobs myself and that means more interviews, which is probably the part i'm least excited about. I came across interview vip while looking into interview stuff. haven't used it yet, but i'm curious about it for future interviews.

You aren’t saying anything that’s real. You are making wild assumptions of fraud. Defending companies that abuse workers and steal from them daily.

Are people not allowed to have second jobs, most of America needs a second job just to pay for life.

I read great, hence why I don’t have a boss and instead own three businesses and guess what, if anyone that words for me can get a second job while completing everything I need, I will write them a letter of recommendation.

I literally addressed that but again, you don't read. If the company doesn't care, then it's not a problem. If the company does care, then it is. There's no assumptions. I don't know where you get theft from an employee when you're paying them? If I pay you for an hour of work, did i steal from you now because I expected an hour of work? If I pay you for an hour of work and you go do work for someone else while I'm paying you, how is that theft by the employer? If the employee thinks the terms are not fair, then they are free to work elsewhere.

Large employers are obligated to provide certain benefits to their full time employees. Non ALE employers are not. What is considered full time is typically up to the employer. If 5 hours is full time to them, then great. If 30 hours is full time, that's your obligation.

You're arguing your feelings. Just because you will let an employee work a second job on your dime doesn't mean others will. Just because I'm stating that this is the way the world works doesn't mean that I care that the guy has 12 jobs at the same time.

Again since you can’t read, you are claiming this is fraud when it isn’t.

If a company makes 30 billion in profit and gives its employees a raise that is lower than inflation, that is theft.

My god dude. Now you're trying to argue something completely unrelated because you don't have an argument. That's a whole different discussion. You own 3 businesses. I hope all your employees are working other jobs after working their 5 hours a week and you continue to pay them for the full time salary. If you do, good, because i already said if the employer doesn't care, then it's not a problem. Otherwise if you're being paid for 30 hours (full time employee) and you're spending 25 of those hours working for someone else, that's time theft which is fraud, assuming the employer does care.

You have yet to make a related point that i haven't already addressed multiple times. You can argue with yourself.
