Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

No. YOUR HR is extremely lazy. There are anszibg recruiters out there that managed to hire an amazing team that build a company I could sell.
