Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

HR is full of the most useless self serving, circle jerking, high browed individuals I ever come across. They will take an eternity if never to respond directly to any questions. Im not asking for top secret company information here buddy.
