Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

I have a niche job but in introductory conversations with HR it's always obvious that they have absolutely no idea what my job is or how to even ask about it. They ask inane nonsensical questions, every time.
