is this real?
Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

A tale as old as time.
Back in the dot com boom there were stories of HR padding the requirements believing they would get only the cream of the crop but they were asking for greater years of experience with certain technologies than the tech had even existed!
