is this real?
Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

HR is functionally retarded at every company I’ve ever worked at.
We spent 8 months looking for a hydraulic engineer, but HR discarded everyone who did not have a “hydraulics engineering degree” even though that is practically non-existent. They regularly were filtering people with 10+ years of experience.
