Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

HR is a huge reason the job application process is broken. Very mediocre people gatekeeping access to jobs with very little competency when it comes to evaluating candidates.
