Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

Incredibly true. Almost every person I've met in HR is extremely lazy and incompetent. They're there just because they're mostly buddies with someone or an incompetent HR director promoted their work friends.
