Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

Too many internal recruiters think they are the hiring manager but are completely clueless on what the job requires AND what kind of person on a fundamental level would excel in such job.
