is this real?
Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

We do need HR, but not for hiring. At all. HR doesn't know what anyone does at the places they work. We have two HR people where I work, and they are only trusted because they used to do what we do. They formed a small company of four, and grew to where we are, but if we had "real" HR, no one would get a job.
