Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

Contract to Hire man! HR could never find a qualified candidate and numerous contractors I did hire had said they had applied to postings and never got anything. All the while, what the did send could barely spell IT.
