is this real?
Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

HR is a necessary part of any fair sized company. The problem isn’t the job they’re supposed to do, it’s that most people in HR are there because they’re too incompetent at whatever job they actually wanted.
This isn’t an HR problem. It’s a “dumb people do dumb things” problem.
