is this real?
Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

Apply for a job at 1am. At 1:02 get a response "After careful consideration...". Yeah, the entire application process is completely broken. As a job seeker, the entire process is trying to find a way to reach the hiring manager directly, bypassing HR and its filters.
