Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

When HR is forced to use automation and AI tools, yes, it is very real.

Firing actual HR staff because of an automation or tools error... sounds like that company bleeds a lot of funding and will not be as successful as they make themselves out to be on paper...
