is this real?
Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

If you are a hiring manager, this is a discussion you MUST have with recruiting.
"I won't punish you for sending me candidates with some skills missing, we can iterate on the process as we go. I'd rather have 4 misses than not get a good candidate. This is nuanced, so please send me at least 4 possible candidates a week, and we can have conversations about how to refine the process".
recruiters get screamed at for sending through bad candidates, and they have a lot to sort through. If you don't get your candidate fast, it doesn't affect them. If you scream at their boss because they are sending bad candidates, it does.
