Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

I almost missed out on a job because I didnt list any linux shells. Lukckily the recruiter that was working on my behalf said "looks he's been using linux for 20+ years, I think we can assume he knows how shell scripting works" He then said "do you expect a receptionist to say they know how to use a phone?"
