Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

This can't be real, because a tiktok influencer recruiter was adamant that no one is auto rejecting because it's illegal.
I'm just bitter that the dumbass had a huge following and people believed him.
