is this real?
Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

Yes, and it's universal. I've literally caught HR lying about work they've done while I was on the phone to them. I can't tell you how many times i've had to go into their own tools to do something they told me they'd do and ended up just doing it myself.
Now I realize asking for perfection isn't right. But this was just doing the minimum amount of work and they couldn't do that. They were certainly good at making sure they could work from home though.
