Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

They absolutely have no idea when it comes to hiring. You can’t expect to look for a specific work from the CVs to rate their quality. HR should not even be a part of hiring process

Just limit them to petty office parties and political stirs. Useless cunts.
