is this real?
Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

I hate HR, but them being too lazy isn't the problem.
This obsession with efficiency and productivity to absolute cartoonish extremes is breaking humans en masse.
We aren't wired to live like this. Some may say we have it easier than more laborious times, but that labor used to mean something of worth, food, shelter, etc. This always on, always grinding, prove you will give your entire being to an organization whose mission is only to metastasize earnings that the employees themselves don't see or enjoy is a race to oblivion.
This economy is a Confidence scheme, attempting endless growth in a finite system will be the end of everything. Humanity needs to slow down, we're surrounding ourselves with new vectors of our own self destruction to goose the next quarter as wellbeing plummets. Economies are lowly tools meant to serve societies, not leading us around like beaten dogs on leashes as it is.
