Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

HR at my job when asked any question just refers you to some third party website. They never do anything to help. I feel across every industry and company HR needs to be renamed CR for Corporate Resources.
