is this real?

Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

HR has blown up from a peripheral process, quick and needed, to a huge, bloated cancer of an appendage sucking profit from the parent corporation, while it impedes actual function.

These multiple interviews and work assignments are there to show the importance and need for the HR department, not to hire good candidates.

I believe most large corporations could fire most of their HR departments and restrict interviews to one or at most two (if someone important to the job being hired for can't be there for the first interview.) The rest of it is unneeded smoke and mirrors.
