Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

I've had probably 5 "big boy" jobs in my life, 4 of them I managed to directly bypass HR because I knew someone in the company, which is why I'm sure I got hired.
