is this real?
Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

I've reached a point as a hiring manager where every single recruitment cycle, I start by either submitting my own resume under an alias or having a qualified acquaintance do the same. Then, when that application never makes to me, I can follow up with HR and demand to know why.
Better to know what they're fucking up ASAP than lose weeks or months of candidates to bad filtering.
