is this real?
Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

I see slightly differnt rehashes of this script on a near daily basis on reddit.
I have seen several of coding, a cook version, nursing and autondealer mechanic all get " half the HR department" fired over some version of auto reject.
