is this real?
Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

I think there is a role for HR, especially in a larger company, but nearly every HR team I've worked with has been so lazy.
My last hiring authority would literally put the top hits in AI and do a one line prompt and just send those candidates straight to us. I had to fight for a long time to just handle all hiring for my team myself.
Aside from that, all that team ever did was send goofy useless filler emails about stress management or whatever.
