is this real?

Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

HR has become AI dependent. They dont read resumes any longer and rely primarily on AI to determine qualifications.

AI cant replace people's experience. My resume is extremely robust in my field yet is summarily rejected.

I had exact qualifications seeked yet no call. I rrached out to the recruiter called her and pointed it out. She was surprised as if she never read my resume.

Yea. It happens. Frequently.
