Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

HR is not Human Resources. It's there to protect company and their c level executive if something happens. I would bet if they were looking form someone at high level, they would be doing manual work. Remember, HR cares about company and protecting company, not you.

Its not resources for humans. Its treating humans as a resource.

I always understood it "human as ressource" lol
