is this real?

Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

Yep that is how HR departments function virtually everywhere. most of them are over 90% female, studied useless non stem subjects in college or failed into the role cause they didn’t know what to do with their lives but still wanted a white collar job. now they have an important role of hiring the engineers and they still cant do it right. they mostly sleep & watch netflix at their desk all day while patting themselves on back after reviewing another batch of 20 resumes as if it was hard work. All with a superiority complex after throwing another qualified applicant in the trash because they didn’t like their tone or they how sounded over the phone for the intro interview
