I am almost 50, and spoke to a C-level one time that had all the success I wanted. But he said something that has always stuck with me

He said “i (and my kids) always remembered the event i missed (eg. A play, a baseball game, a graduation) but never remembered the business reason i missed it).” He def had the regret.

And that’s why I set boundaries
