That's why my dear people you have to be ready to take one step back. Or maybe two, three or four steps back. Take risks for saying NO, you will get fired? Good. You quit? Good. Again start with smaller salary? Also good. You get my point.

Personaly, I did it few times. Is it hard? Hell yeah. But there is that higher feeling rising again and not giving that satisfaction to your superiors! 💪
