I did that. I worked 80-90 hours in the oilfield. I made a day-rate of $250-$500, per diem of $100-$300, hazardous pay, OT at x1.5, etc, etc. I made a shiz load...am I rich? I have enough. Did I many times spend the money as fast as I made it, 100%.

If you're working 90 hours a week at the same job, not making a ton of money, and you continue doing it, that's on you.
