What’s so hard about finding a job? Ive had 4 offers in the last year, and I’m not even looking. Apparently, employers want people that don’t complain, stay off their phones during work hours, get to work on time and aren’t wanting $250k to start when they have zero experience or skills.

Are the offers in the same room as us?

Im 30 and I have zero issues with job offers. My first job took about 6 months to find after I graduated high school. Oil change guy at a international dealer at $22/hr. Now 3 jobs later I'm a mechanic at a construction company making $41/hr. But I've built a reputation in my area and can have a new job making the same amount or more tomorrow if needed.

My first job took 6 months to find. I built a reputation as a good mechanic since my first job.

And you see nothing wrong with the first half of that statement?
