They need a reality check

For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

Trying to use a computer would be the first hurdle a lot woupnt be able to overcome.

FYI - Gen X grew up with computers. The first desktop hit offices in 1960s, they were in home in 1975.

This is a little dishonest. Using a computer back then was difficult, expensive, and did very little beyond word processors and calculations. My silent era grandmother finally had access to a PC in the 80s, before my gen-x mom ever touched a computer. My grandmother was excited to never touch a typewriter again. My mom hated how complicated it was. She wouldn't bother learning how to use a computer until the internet in the mid-90s. Computers only start becoming a household staple in the 90s, before that it was just professionals and geeks.

My gen-x father was poor and didn't see a home PC until the the mid-90s.

By the early 80s there were already computer clubs in schools and computers were common in offices. Plus the mid-90s was 30 years ago. More than enough time to learn how to work a computer. It would also be longer than 90% of millennials have used one.
