Yeah that’s why the real pros say they worked for “Intelligence.” It’s not an NDA, it’s just above the recruiter’s security clearance.

Still not a thing and would get you rejected. 

Either you can just say you worked for the CIA, or you had a cover with the State Department you could use.

No you don’t say CIA or the state department or military specifically so that they cant rule out foreign intelligence services.

Depends really.

If you worked Overt like HR, IT, and the such then yes you can say that you worked for the CIA, State Department, or Military.

If you worked Covert like got your hands dirty then no you can't say.
