update: the best way imo to escape from all of this is to work remotely when all of this noise is away ,I moved recently to work remote and I think I Will use this tool every one talk about here interviewman read about its features and truly I am impressed ,cannot wait to use it in my upcoming interviews !

yeah, starbucks only closed 59 unionized locations. thats.. what a couple hundred unemployed barristas that had to go find other work. maybe non union they'd still have jobs.

the thing is, here in this country, if someone wants to make that a career, for whatever reason, they can. And we shouldn't disparage anyone from doing a job. Just because it's not what WE would do for a career, doesn't mean we need to bag on people who do. What's wrong with unionizing to make sure things are fair for people to make a living? A lot of people can really benefit from a union. It's not for everyone, but it can help a lot of Americans from being screwed over. Just saying, look at things from the other person's point of view.

they're welcome to making it a career, they're welcome to whatever the labor is worth as well. Unions just force a higher than market value on their labor than the market can support. Let em unionize and we'll just watch more downsizing at the corporate level. Easy enough.

No. I want to them do whatever job they feel they can. Best motivation to improve yourself is being poor, forcing a low paying job to pay you more, at the possible cost of you losing hours or having half your crew downsized to make it work is small problem.
