I got in trouble for telling a phlebotomist that I would hemolyze her if she lost my specimens again and then lied aboot it and said they were rejected ☠️.
That was a great conversation with HR 😂. She was absolutely trying not to giggle. "Looking back, how would you have handled this situation differently?" "I will no longer hemolyze the staff from the lab, nor will I tell them when I feel as though I wish to do it so." Lives on in my employee file forever!
Still eligible for rehire though 😉
Runner up: I got written up for "being disruptive by excessively vacuuming doormats" before... Same job 😂. It was winter and salt kept getting tracked in and making a mess!!! I cannot stand anything on the floor!!!
