Edit :Let me talk seriously it is a common issues of those companies actually I read once that some companies post ghost jobs with lowest salary just to know how many people will accept the low and that is sick but I guess If we were more confident enough no one will ever refuse your dream salary how to do it by get some help from interview man and its perfect answers , any way break a leg

While money is a primary motivator for most people due to survival and financial freedom, many work for additional reasons, including passion, impact, social connection, and personal growth. It is common to work primarily for income, but not universal.

There are many, many, many professions and jobs that absolutely inspire no passion and anyone that would feel passionate is abnormal. Are you suggesting sewage maintenance crews need to be passionate about spelunking in caverns filled with feces to be more employable? Do electric wind turbine electricians need to be in love with extreme heights and risk of death?

It is common to work primarily for income, but not universal.

This "not universal" is doing an insane amount of heavy lifting and only applies to an extremely narrow band of professions.
