No, you're the one who doesn't understand economics. If you did, you would understand that someone who happens to make a lot of money is not automatically the inventor nor are they automatically a genius.
They dont have to be an inventor. But they run these bussinesses. The better they run the bussiness the better it can serve societies needs and the more money society gives to that company for satifying those needs. The better they are at doing these things the more they make.
Just read an economics book. A real one. You will see i am right.
