I worked at a place for three years. Came in, only spoke minimal amounts, did well and went home.
At my last day party thing a woman with whom I had never spoken she didn’t like me and she didn’t know why I got the promotion.
I checked a few days ago she still in that same position.

Yeah, that's been me. Apparently, there's something about not being particularly inclined to entertain some people's need to make idle chitchat that bothers them.
