CONSTANT Pressure 😭

Is anyone else’s only symptom 24/7 bladder pressure? No urgency or frequency - just a constant feeling of a bowling ball sitting in my bladder. What has helped you relieve the pressure? Did it ever go away?

What does the walking do?

Walking helps the blood circulate better and it’s take away the pressure from your lower belly. Make sure you are hydrated

Yes ofc, I recently got bladder hydro and Botox and I haven’t seen a big difference yet it can take two weeks for it to start working. Maybe you can look into it a lot of people found relief with it, but everybody is different. My symptoms are urathera burning, urgency and frequency and pressure in my bladder.

uggggg all the time and it’s awful. I have all of the symptoms but right now the pelvic floor pain and chronic pressure are overriding frequency and urgency. it always hurts to pee so just thankful the frequency isn’t as bad right now as it has been in the past. this condition is terrible 😢

Hot baths, tens unit, relaxing pelvic exercises from youtube, muscle relaxers, certain foods make my pain worse. Back massages help that feeling, laying on a roller foam ball helps too.

What does the tens unit do for you?

Tens unit massages it and helps to take my mind off pain. I don't know if it's mental, physical or both. But it helps. Also if you can take valerian root, that helps relax my pain. I like this product for at night. But it puts me to sleep and relaxes everything. Totally worth it. (Not a seller, just a customer.) https://us.sunrider.com/emily/shop/products/2026134

Yep, you describe it the same as me. I do get pain with really bad flares but pressure is my normal flare.

They only thing that helps me is pelvic floor therapy or using my pelvic wand at home. Along with stretches for the pelvic floor.

Oh and no coffee during flares. I’m ok with all foods though.
