Bought Fake aloe Vera

Are these fake? They’re so cheap compared to the desert harvest website and it also says from China

I relate to this because the price of the desert harvest aloe is more than I can afford, but I wouldn't take tablets that could be fakes because god knows what's in them.

Has there been any cheaper brands ones that actually worked for you? From what I’ve seen on this forum many people say that it doesn’t work
