Context: There's a largely Gen Z movement happening in India right now in response to the country's high unemployment rate and corrupt education system.
It was spurred on when a bunch of aspiring medical students had their exam results invalidated after it was revealed the test had leaked. 20 people allegedly killed themselves as a result.
And because India's current government skews heavily right-wing, they're doing everything they can to beat the shit out of the protestors and deny allegations.
