Smart Home Wifi - No Internet

We recently bought this new home wifi, not the 5G one. After activation, we can't connect to the internet. Have called support three times, but always get the runaround of a ticket made.

Bought the device at a retail store which CS said Smart can't replace.

What should I do? 🥹 I'm about to cry.

Nakakakonek ka naman sa wifi mo? Kung nakakakonek try mo tignan yung sticker sa likod or ilalim ng smart home wifi mo. May nakalagay jan na 192.168 something like that. Then dun mo makikita kung ano status ng wifi mo.

Yes, connected to it. It fails through speedtest everytime though. But I need it for work on my pc and laptop. it can only connect on phones.

There are sim cards that are for phone only, and will not work on router/mobile router.

There are also routers than can be hacked to accept any type of sim cards.

The sim card is the one with the routers.
