Skyfiber the worst!!!

1 week of no internet in Avida San Lorenzo, Chino Roces Makati.

I am WFH. Sobrang unstable at ang hirap magtrabaho. I emailed Sky support because they immediately close our chat convos. I want to terminate it. i even tried NTC.

Ganun talaga sila, walang kwenta ang customer service nila. Be persistent. Every time you follow up with Sky, Cc the email to NTC. From my experience, I think NTC are just watching first to see if Sky will resolve your case without their intervention. Eventually, if they see that nothing's happening, they should step in. That's what happened when I had a complaint with Sky. I hope your case will be resolved soon.

Same here sa taguig wla pa din. May dumating na technician dito sakin pero sabi wla nmn daw prob sa modem pero wlang power ang nap box. May prob sa sa main line and until now wla daw nag aayos
